By becoming a PADI Instructor, you're ready to share your passion with a new generation of divers. After completing your IDC, you will teach courses to beginners and beyond!
HOW TO BECOME A DIVE INSTRUCTOR
Pass on your passion for scuba diving to the next generation of divers by becoming a certified dive instructor. Upon successfully completing the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC), you will earn worldwide recognition as a professional dive instructor.
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Minimum certification: Divemaster Certification
- Mandatory courses: CPR and First Aid training within the last 24 months
- Medical Statement: Signed by a physician within 12 months
- Equipment: Full dive equipment

IDC-Deluxe
What’s included:
- Everything from the IDC-basic
- Housing and breakfast: you will be staying in a luxury resort for 17 days close to the IDC location.
Casita Palma is a small and quiet resort which has everything you need to relax after a day of lessons.
IDC-Supreme
What’s included:
- Everything from the IDC- Deluxe program
- Lunch brought to you everyday at the location you will be for the IDC
- Dinner will be served daily at Trocadero restaurant
This way you don’t need to worry about anything and can focus completely on the IDC.
